Refund Policy

At Swastik PG, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for our residents. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are provided.
1. Security Deposit Refund
- The security deposit is refundable, subject to the following conditions:
- No damages to the room, furniture, or fixtures beyond normal wear and tear.
- All outstanding dues (rent, utilities, penalties) are cleared.
- Proper check-out procedure is followed.
- The refund will be processed within 15 working days after check-out.
- Any deductions will be communicated with a detailed explanation.
2. Cancellation Refund
- Before Check-in: If you cancel your booking before the check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable. However, we may allow a transfer of the booking to another eligible person.
- After Check-in: If you check out early, no refund will be given for the remaining days of the paid period.
- PG-Initiated Cancellation: In rare cases where we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
3. Refund for Services Not Rendered
- If we fail to provide a service that was promised (e.g., Wi-Fi, power backup) for an extended period, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please report such issues immediately.
- Refunds for such cases will be pro-rated based on the duration of the service outage.
4. How to Claim a Refund
- Submit a written request to the management at info@swastikpg.in or in person at the reception.
- Include your name, room number, and details of the refund claim.
- We will review your request and respond within 7 working days.
5. Payment Method
- Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
- Please provide accurate bank details for a smooth transfer.
6. Exceptions
- No refund will be given for any unused portion of the rent if you voluntarily leave early.
- Refunds are not applicable for any penalties or fines incurred due to violation of rules.
